Zsr circumcision,after stitches and staples fall?

Currently it seems edge of my outer foreskin is stitched along with inner foreskin and staples and stitches are on top of it

I just wanted to confirm once the stitches and staples fall, the outer foreskin which is sewed to inside, it'll become free and can be expanded outside right?
