Circumcision

I got circumcised a month and half ago and there no cuts no pain but there are like small bumbs all around the penis where the circumcision area was any ideas?

Did you have stitches on incision site? There can be still swelling on the incision line and between the line and glans corona. If the wound is healed already you can start to apply moisturiser on it and rub it at the same.

Those are stitch scars. They fade gradually but will remain visible for many years.
