Pain after circumcision

Hey guys, Two month pass since I did the circumcision.

They cut my frenulum and below the glans there is this red tight skin, hurts like a sharp glass when hard erected and when I managed to came it felt like if glass shards were shooting instead, so much pain but it said month and half it’s fix, what to do?
