Frenulum breve surgery, some questions for people after (important)

72 hours ago I Had my surgery, and because panic is my donination, I have some questions:

1.I read on sites to take off foreskin daily, but they dont say to which level, like only right after head or lower? I do ask because i felt laser (?) Cuting above all my pp.

2. Did you also had like little dot with seam that looked like acne and was not helping with taking off foreskin? I feel only a little and short pain taking down foreskin so its not a big deal.

3. When could you take foreskin completly? I mean I can only below head and even tho im after surgery, when I was very slowly trying to take it little bit more, my head still went front like before

4.my doctor told me to take camomile bath twice per day, he said to take the extract, mix with water and stick IT for 15 minutes two times a day. But I dont know to do it with foreskin being normal on head or under.

5. Did you also had 72 h after operation like yellow or white fluid? I was bleeding only for like 1 hour after surgery, I cant find even blood spot now, is it normal recovery process? I dont feel pain, and it doesnt smell but i dont know if it is infection or just skin recovery

6. After 5-6 weeks you could masturbate or have sex normally or had some problems?

It's all about wound care, so you need to let the chamomile flow to wound area. Dry it carefully after bath. Try to retract and move your foreskin daily. Yellowish fluid is normal part of the healing process.

Try to avoid urine on incision site. Wipe/wash it off.

Thanks for such information, the important question I also have is about how much i sholud retract foreskin? Just under head or more? And is it normal that its still bending to front?Best regards

Hi Shorty98, i had this done 5 years ago. I pulled back carrefully (not over the head), cleaned an put vaseline on my penis after every toiletvisit. Pulled back only as far as possible without hurting myself. It looks weird with blood and fluid the first few days but you need patience. Dont masturbate to early, wait for 5-6 weeks and you are fully recovered and can retract it easily. Good luck with the recovery.

But U also had "bend" trying to retract it too early? Also last night I had so hard erection, that felt like tearing something, when I wolę up, i saw a very little dot of blood, is it normal or I went to stadium when its starting to scar or something? Im just afraid something will go wrong and I am panicking so hard

How long it took you to heal? I suppose I had some kind of laser treatment, because I felt heat during operation, it means it heal faster? Also how long after operation u had first masturbation? I am thinking to try after wound will heal, but if it do something with wound i dont want to try, my first sex post op will take place in over 2 months because then I comeback to my wife from abroad. I am also curious how it feel after operation, u feel any difference? I could have normal sex without pain with condom, and it was great but I am thinking how IT is after surgery, do u still feel the good like before?Regards and thanks for anwser

In my case it was done with laser also, but you need to wait 5-6 weeks before the area is health good. I did not masturbate for 6 weeks. With my short frenulum sex was always a problem without condom (handjob/blowjob also) After my surgery it feels great it is a very sensitive stimulating area now during sex, and no problems at all. It will be worth the wait

So you say its better? U have more feelings on it now? Also last question, I was told to do for 10 days gauze with creme on the spot, what after that? Just stop making them or use something else? My doctor was not really a talking guy so have no clue

Yes it is beter now! Before the surgery my frenulum was tight and a thick piece. After the surgery my frenulum is longer and smaller. This makes it very sensitive in a good way during sex. I used the vaseline every time after a toiletvisit for maybe 6 weeks, i did not stopped with it after 10 days but keep doing it.

Good to know! I think I know all, today I saw one of stitches dissolving in water, and on gauze pad a little bit of blood, but really tiny bit, I wanted to panick but I did chill up and thougt myself its normal, stich dissolve, everything is healing, this also must be a process I am worried cuz circumsion is not for me and also I want it to recovery once, not twice or something, my anestesia didnt work so well and I felt laser and stitches coming through, but still better to feel that than first pierce with syringe. Well I guess I have to keep calm and eye on it, you did use vaseline on top or all the head with scar included?

Also how long it took until you could take of foreskin completly? I am 10 days post op and still look and feel like it was before

Shorty i needs time, foreskin completely in my case 3 weeks. But how is it now?

if you need sex before you have healing, you can have prostate massage with aneros, or from your wife to milk your fluids. that helps a lot if you are a very horny guy

Its not about to being horny, I am abroad and I just wanna test my new pp before i come back, I also have question, bcs I was told to make baths and lubricate the place with ointment with gaze for 10 days, what after that? Just leave it with nothing? Let it cure?
