You are still on early side of you healing process. After three weeks post-op you may notice the healing better than now. With limited piece of information I can only say time is a healer.
I would suggest you to avoid tension and pressure on incision site until your wound is sealed/healed and there is no discharge anymore.
All the stiches got out and theres no pain anywhere except the sensitive penis head...the wound is reddish im applying mupirocin 3 time a day...can i ride bike after 15 days of surgery ?
Your wound is probably not healed on 15th post-op day. You need to talk with your local healthcare provider and ask them about your situation.
However you can support the incision site with strips of surgical skin tape like 'Micropore'. It won't stretch at all. So the underlying skin won't either.
This site cannot tell you when it is safe for you to do anything. We are not doctors. We can support you but, ultimately, you must seek definitive advice from your doctor. Everyone is different in how they heal and the timings.
I was told no cycling for 6 weeks, but motorcycling (unless you're Valentino Rossi!) isn't quite as high impact. Not much different to sitting on a chair if you think about it. The main concern with cycling is if you fall off because you risk further injury to an already injured penis.
Im worried about the frenulum wound touching my pant....can it become worse ?
*That yellowish substance from the wound is gone now...and its now reddish..like new tissue
That's good - yes, it's new tissue. It will be sensitive for a while. The longer you can leave it alone the better but it will improve each day. If you're pedal cycling take it easy and wear tight shorts to stop it from flopping around with each turn of the pedals.
