Are you using lube for masturbation? Doing it without can be very tough on the head of it.

I'm no doc but I'm absolutely sure whatever it is is not caused by cum. Cum is more sterile than water but if you don't wash it off it COULD become a breeding ground for bacteria.

You should run the yellowish skin by a doctor. The dry skin may be nothing, but you still should see one. See a dermatologist if possible. A derm might recc some sort of lotion like shea butter or cocoa butter - emollients. I use Sween24, a "Once a Day Moisturizing Body Cream." My skin looks quite nice after this. Yes. There has been dryness and peeling, but this lotion helps. Its OTC.

Nevertheless run it by a doc if you can.

Ordinary, cheap coconut oil may be worth a try. Helps me keep my foreskin in good condition as I get older and drier.

If you have been recently circumcised do not touch it, it’s part of the healing. It will dry and peel and sometimes re-dry and peel again. Yellowish spots will disappear, I had the same. Don’t mess with the healing process, many will say to apply Vaseline and other things. It’s necessary but not if you are recently circumcised. After weeks it’s fine. For now I can’t stress it enough, don’t mess with the process
