inner foreskin discolouration after circumcision

Hey guys, i was circumcised roughly 4 months ago for severe phimosis and am currently 25 years old. I still have a fair amount of swelling from the inner foreskin left behind and understand this takes a few months or even longer to subside.

Three weeks ago I noticed a red patch/rash of discolouration on the left side of inner foreskin (not on the glans) which i know has slightly enlarged since then. I have been putting some Hydrozole cream however the rash is still there. I sent a photo to my doctor (due to lock down here can't see him in person) who performed the circumcision and he said it is normal and not too worry about it. I was just wondering if others who have had circumcision then develop a rash on the remaining inner foreskin after and if there is anything to be concerned about? Thanks!

I do not recall anyone posting to say they had developed a rash. Perhaps you need to consult a dermatologist.
