Circumcision bumps/sweeling 1 month after

Around the glans/head where I got cut it is still swollen and there are a lot of bumps. No bleeding or anything. Is this normal? How long for it to go away?

Swelling is different for everyone and should subside over time. The bumps are likely to be your scar and, if it is fully healed over, you can begging to massage tge area with something like bio oil.
