4 months after circumcision - still very painful to walk

I had a surgery in May for circumcision and still it's very, very painful when walking. I can only wear seamless underwear because other underwear hurts too much. And even with seamless underwear it is still very painful to walk. I use a gause or toilet paper between down side of penis and testicles to make sure it scrubs less against each other. Does someone have any advise on how to get better?

Have done several times. They keep repeating it's healing well but don't have any advise on how to lower the pain

Do you mean sensitive or actual pain

If you’re trying to limit rubbing to reduce sensitivity, gauze won’t provide enough padding. Try a women’s Kotex pad in the front of tight underwear or a jock strap.

What kind of pain that you are referring to? Sensitivity or occasional sharp pain? Have you retracted your foreskin before prior to the surgery? Is the frenulum still in tact? All these will give us a clue on the reason why you are feeling the way you are.

The doctor gave me EMLA cream to reduce the pain of the scar pain a bit. Works alright, but still not perfect
