Pee Spraying post OP

It has been 21 days since circumcision, still when i pee, it sprays very badly in all directions. Im worried as this started post circumcision surgery.

Has anyone else facing or faced this problem?

Yes my friend, it can be because of swelling of the opening, gentle pressure on the tip to open it before peeing might help, it will get better, I am day 21 as well, most times it is not spraying but yes sometimes it does. keep going.

Have ur cut line healed completely

The inner skin seems stuck to the shaft, but the outer edge is pink and fleshy, no bleeding or scabbing, so I assume it is healing, how's yours?

Ya.. Similar to you.. Upperside seems to be healed properly.. Lower portion still healing.. Skin on lower side is swollen and skin edges are still fleshy.

I’m 3 months post op and this was a problem for me, it’s gradually improved in my case to the point now where I’m okay 90% of the time when I pee (in that I get it all in the toilet). Just the odd occasion it still causes issues, usually when there isn’t much to come out so lower pressure behind it or when pressure is high where it comes out with such force/pace I need to make sure I’m pointing in the right direction!

I still sit on the toilet if I go during the night though, not confident to try & wee standing up. Peeing with an erection is a tricky one also.

So overall I’ve seen a slow/steady improvement to the point now where it’s OK if not ideal.

You’ll definitely improve a fair bit yet if you’re only 3 weeks post op, so don’t worry too much at this stage.

Mine took 2 or 3 months to settle back to normal. Sure you'll be fine bro

How would you like to have that problem permanently? I have had it all my life because I have mild hypospadias.

No..I dont have hypospadias. My urethra opening is in correct position.
