Circumcision swelling after months

After more than 2 and a half months of being circumcised (May, 14, 2021), I have a lump of skin surrounding the incision area just below the glans penis , I read online that this is called lymphatic fluid, but in my case it is still very inflamed and it does not seem to change ... How long can this lasts? How common is it? Would I need another Intervention? I'm 18 by de way.

Possibly a bacterial infection? Better to check with your doc. I had swelling as well and the doc used a silver ion dressing. Swelling was reduced significantly within a day. Continued with same dressing that was changed almost everyday for the next few days and the swelling disappeared. Doc said the swelling was likely bacterial and the silver ion dressing had strong anti bacterial properties.
