Night discharge of sperm 1 week after circumcision

Today after 1 week post circumcision night erection and discharge of sperm happened. I am worried. No stitch break or anything but super nervous, is this can cause infection at wounded area? Please guide

No need to be nervous and worried. You cannot control things that happen while you are asleep. Do you think that you have infectious spermicide?

I'm also 1 week post-op (circumcision) and everything is going fine. However after advice from my surgeon I clean penis head throughout the day and after peeing. I also apply Vaseline around my glans and stiches morning and night. Was told there was no need to cover with gauze or bandage. Surgeon also said to shower after 4th day (which I have) and then every other day. Certainly nothing to worry about regarding ejaculation overnight (lucky you). Just wash regularly and use Vaseline. 👍
