scrotoplasty and tight erection.

does any one know about scrotoplasty...will it be helpful in having tight nd hard erection..i hv heard that it helps in maintaining length of the penise after tight circumscison...penile length is lost by 8mm after tight circumscison...how far is it all true.. please guide

I don’t know much about scrotoplasty. But I had a second circumcision when I was 20 to make the skin really tight and I haven’t lost any length. I think there can sometimes be a slight loss of length at first but it tends to return to the original length over time. My sons were circumcised tightly as babies and their penises are the same length as mine, so I don’t think theirs have suffered either.

i m cim loose nd low...i hv planned for revisting my surgery for tight and high ..doctor has asked me to wait till 3 months before going for another surgery....i hv heard that tight cut takes toll on size by 8mm..and then scrotplasty helps in restoring the length...anyway i will discuss with my gp

Tightening your skin won't decrease your size bro.
