The loss of a stitch is not unusual. The wound should still heal but might take a bit longer. Where on your penis has the blister appeared?

It might be sensible to have it examined. It might need draining.

That's fine ask ur doctor to give u an antibiotic cream to apply on that specific area to avoid infection during healing .
