Stitches have opened up post 21 days of circumcision

One or two stitches have opened up I believe near the ferunlum. Also small black dried scab isn't falling off and is kind of stuck. Should I wait for it to fall off naturally. And should I worry about this open stitches. I'm not even sure if it's open its confusing.

Sometimes it just happens, when the stitches loosen too early and your wound is not healed yet properly. That part of wound will heal by secondary healing.

Have you used any gauze on wound lately?

Yes today before the stitches open. It's 21 days I've been not working much todays meeting was important so put up a gauze. Loose pants and went for meeting. N when I got back removed the gauze saw the that part was a little open. It's not that deep and I feel it's 1 stitch. How much time do you think this should take according to you. Also thank you so much for replying. Also could u guide me on the black dried scab. Most of it has gone but some scabs at two sides of head are hard and stuck.
