I had zsr circumsison/stapler circumcision 3 weeks ago. I notice that my incision cut at the backside near the frenulum is not symmetrical. It's more towards one side than the other. Is this normal?

Can't tell now because there is still some swelling/edema. My erections sometimes feels tight on that side but that could be because it hasn't completely healed yet. The staples were taken out and now the scabs remain

It sounds as though you might be worrying about a health problem that you have not got and might never get. Try just giving things time to heal properly.
No two cuts are alike. Go for a circ and you get what they give you, not necessarily what you wanted or expected.
