Smelly penis after circumcision

Hi I'm 20 I got a circumcision because of phimosis three days ago the glans right really sensitive but whenever I pee the urine sprays all over and also there is a odor coming from the area should I be worried about or is this normal?

If there is a bad odour then that could indicate infection. Best get it checked by a doctor.

You are in initial stage of post circumcision so spray of urine is normal and glans sensitivity take time.. but odor smell you need to show to doctor.. are you drinking 2-3 ltr water per day?? Take sufficient fluid

Spray is normal I'm afraid, smell not so. Are you cleaning area at all ?Could be infection, I would start with short, warm, salt bath whilst you wait for doc' appointment.
