When can we start going to the gym after getting a zsr circumcision?

You should not do anything to physically aggressive. Exercises that not intensive like cycling/spinning and walking can be taken up after about 10 days. You can use treadmill for walking etc even earlier - but it all ultimately depends on how comfortable you feel bad how well your doctor has bandages the package after the procedure.
