Sutures falling off

hi its day 17 after circumcision, i see some sutures falling off and inner skin feels like its falling apart, im not sure if its normal. And its starting to get itchy on the back part of glans. Plus between glans and top of shaft is still like swelling and thick. Another thing is im wondering if i can start doing salt baths since ive been just doing quick showers.

Hi there. Thanks for sharing your problem first of all. Right what we would do is go and see your GP get proper good advice. But we dont think the skin should be coming of after 17 days. Dont want to worrie you but dont think that's normal after 17 days unless it's taking a long time to heal some case that happens. Or you could just keep an eye on it and if it get worse would go and see your doctor. You could put ice on it to reduce swelling and the itchy sensation. Salt baths might be a good idea salt water is meant to help clean wounds and not cause any infection. But would ask your GP and see there opinion. Good luck.
