Hello guy... What if someone circumcision about 5 weks ago is feeling like hard & heavy in the lower abdomen

What makes you think that this is an issue related to your circumcision? Perhaps you need to see a doctor.

many times, in the genital region blood collects in the scrotum and other lower areas- you might want to get checked out to make sure you do not have an infection or just a collection of blood that needs to absorb.
