Take it easy with using your penis during sex. Do you sleep naked or use underwear when you are going to sleep? Could you retract prior to your surgery or could you not expose the glans? If you could not expose the glans you have high sensitivity in your glans which you can get the glans used to more touch with underwear rubbing it or lightly with a soft clean towel don’t rub it though with the towel. If you can also apply daily moisturisers to the penis daily it will help keep the glans hydrated and kept nice and well also helps with bonding with the glans which will help decrease the sensitivity. There is no set time scale for it to decrease but you’ve got this man. Use lube during sex or when you are using the penis sexually. It’s going to be different alright adjusting to being circumcised if you can try to multitask using the thumb to stimulate the glans as well as using the shaft do whatever feels comfortable brother I’m around 11 months post op and multitasking is hard when your dick is way above average but you’ll get it man. If your scar line is still tender start applying bio oil daily to help it and hopefully as time goes on it will get used to touch and will feel nice rather than tender.

Putting Bio oil on the head will help? And yeah prior to the op I never retracted my skin exposing no gland. Im 29 and did it this year. So i have a long time im sure assuming by so many years of never exposing.

Applying bio oil etc will help the glans because you are giving it more interaction and touch so it will get used to being touched then when it comes to enjoying it rubbing it will feel very nice. Bio oil helps to keep it moisturised pink and healthy. You don’t need to but I’d say it’s very good to apply products like bio oil or moisturisers to help the glans decrease the sensitivity and keep it well maintained. I’m 19 coming on 20 years of age and I’ve never been able to retract my glans so you are not alone mate plenty of people have had the issue. You’ve got this man continue to look after it.

Damn i thought it would be best letting it dry and not apply those things so it can get use to the touch or rub on underwear.

Well that’s what people do mate. But not everyone you see we all have different methods or choices so it’s totally up to you. If bio oil isn’t something you wish to do have a look at applying lip Vaseline as it’s consistency is better to apply to the glans and it’s cheaper than bio oil. To decrease sensitivity yes you can dry it out but you don’t want a cracked glans do you so daily moisturising will help with that and daily rubbing in your underwear will help get you used to a more comfortable feel so the penis gets used to rubbing against soft underwear but when it gets moist such as lube or sex etc it will feel great

Plus drying it out too much will increase the glans skin getting harder and dryer which results in you lasting longer in sex some claim they struggle to climax so best thing to do is find that sweet spot in between drying it to a comfortable sensation where you can keep it well maintained and enjoy it in the bedroom. Everyone’s glans is different and especially yours and mine as it’s been locked away so we now feel more sensations than we did before so you’ve just got to find that sweet spot my friend.

It took my 7 months to heal up to a point where i could entertain the idea of sex . I am on a blood thinner, diabetic meds, and blood pressure meds. I think this is what slowed it down on top of that diabetics heal slower.
