Hi Gents, how long did you wait before you were comfortable submerging your incision in water like in a bath or pool?

Would doing so after 2 weeks be ok?

It is suggested to avoid public or family shared bath tub or pool until the wound is healed and there is no discharge anymore.

U can take normal shower in your bathroom making the water to run over the penis, but swimming pool or lake.. once silicon ring and all stiches removed,, its best after a month or after 6 weeks..

I have personally not got a shower so I have been having baths everyday for 15 mins a time twice per day and I have had no problems I have just added salt and nothing else and I have a sink wash to wash myself properly with soap

I waited until the stitches desolved

I waited after 3 nearly 4 weeks after my stitches dissolved and sensitivity went down. I was advised to shower until around the 3 week mark.
