Circumcision- 5th day. penis care?

This is my 5th day after circumcision little more comfortable now. So should I now wash my penis or still wait for 2-3 day?

And my doctor says I can leave it open if I want to and rub coconut oil on it but my glands are sensitive and I still have swelling between the lower end of penis head to where the ZSR ring is.

Throughout your first week, I suggest not to wash it too much as it can be painful. Just make sure no dirt gets stuck and no infections arise and the penis should heal by itself
