Glans pain during masturbation after circumcision.

Right after circumcision, I had a big problem with glans sensitivity. Every little contact whether It was with my finger or part of my underwear resulted in extreme pain. Now 6 month have passed and most of the pain disappeared. I can wear underwear, and touch my glans without any discomfort. The problem arises when I try to masturbate. Every time I rub penis glans with my hand I feel a stabbing pain. I am using coconut oil as a lubricant. English isn't my first language, so please excuse any mistakes.
