Swelling 7th week of circumcision.

It's my 7th week of my circumcision... Eveything is normal but swelling is still there.. I consulted with my doc he said that don't pull front.. Pull back it's normal while erect! Is this normal? And when it will heal? Ice pack will reduce swelling?
