Day 4 circumcision erection bleeding

So I recently got my circumcision and now I’m on day 4 , I had an erection woke up this morning with blood on my shorts went to the bathroom cleaned up the blood and stitches are still intact but there is blood on the stitches now. Is this normal ? To have an erection and bleed I’m kinda freaking out I’m going to the doctor tomorrow to find out!

Day three for me. Tons of nocturnal erections last night but they did not hurt or bleed as much as the second night. Not to much blood at all but it is present mildly at the incision site. Interested to see what they tell you. Personally I am not to worried about it. I was glad to have functioning erections.
