Day 7 post circumcision. Decided to a salt soak. I only very temporarily soaked in water but mainly just dabbed. I realised I got measurements wrong and use a cup with 500ml and 6 teaspoons of salt. Is this too much high a concentrate of salt water to add to the wound? I’m a bit worried now.

Do not worry. All that salt will not cause you a problem but you really do not need that amount. No more than one teaspoon should be sufficient

Thanks a lot
It's complex chemistry but the water will stop absorbing the salt so it's impossible to put too much in because it won't dissolve. It's actually recommended to keep putting salt in lukewarm water until no more will dissolve. I did it 3 times a day for ten minutes and put my penis in the water in a mug. Then washed the mug thoroughly!
You would need to wash the mug thoroughly. I mean you wouldn’t want to drink from a mug that had salt in it. 😜😂
