Pain after gripping base of penis during masturbation

Anyone have pain after gripping the base of their penis during masturbation? The other night, I wasn’t ready to “finish” so I gripped the base, and I gripped it pretty hard to try and stop the process. But, a little bit came out then anyways, as if it forced itself out, before the rest came out a few seconds later. Now it hurts to pee or ejaculate. No visible trauma or redness, and the pain is located at the tip.

Yep done that before. It was uncomfortable for little while but eventually went back to normal on its own. Learned now once too close to stop it just let it go

Just kind of felt like soreness at the tip? Not necessarily burning just like an ache? I’m terrified of seeing a urologist so if this self-resolves that would be great...

I'd give it a little bit and see if it works itself out. Mine did but doesn't mean it was exactly same as yours. If it doesn't get better def get it checked out.

Mine was more of an ache in my balls. I do remember it being uncomfortable to pee or cum at tip. Hope that helps

Hey.. going on about a week now. Doesn’t see to hurt as much when I pee, but question - when you were dealing with it, did you notice that your flaccid penis was kind of stiff? The underside of mine is kind of stiff even when in its flaccid state, if that makes sense. Starting to get a little worried
