I masterbated for first time 6 weeks after surgery. I couldn’t stay hard at all and I ended up climaxing but it wasn’t enjoyable at all. Will I continue having difficulty getting hard?😔

The penis has gone through a significant trauma. It needs time to heal - that includes blood vessels adjusting and skin bonding. There is also some fear in your mind that it may hurt when you are fully erect because the skin now stretches.

So all in all - give it time. And remember you can no long yank your shaft skin up and down to masturbate. You need to allow your shaft skin th adhere to the underlying tissues.

Without the foreskin you now have to rediscover new ways to stimulate your penis and attain orgasm. A lot of people use lubricants like coconut oil, or water based gel to massage the shaft and the exposed glans to stimulate and attain orgasm.

So first give it some time to heal and get stronger and experiment using lubrication.

Everyone heals differently and at different pace. Don’t be impatient. It will all come together.

Eat healthy, exercise (to get the blood flow going), get plenty of sleep, and be patient. Your body needs it to repair and recover.

I have seen people get rock hard within a day (causing skin tear and bleeding at the scar) and I have seen people get there after three weeks. So it varies.
