Go ahead and use the changing room. I think the fear of being seen with the erect ion will keep it on check. If that truly is your fear then that will also be what will keep it in check. If you still get an erection then you will know that it isn’t really your fear. In which case you don’t have any reason to worry about and be here seeking help.

I would suggest that your issues are brain centred and not penis centred. Have you sought medical help?
