I just got circumcised two days back,
My doctor asked me to remove the bandaid after 42 hours
How should I clean it ?

If you have conventional circumcision wound with stitches, you can shower normally and give salt baths to your penis daily. Did you get any information about wound care from your clinic/hospital?
I suggest you to use gauze until there is no drainage on wound anymore. Petroleum jelly or 'Jelonet' paraffin gauze prevents a gauze to stick in dried wound drainage.

If it helps, my doctor toctor told me to use baby wipes to clean penis for first 48/72 hours after surgery, then a shower after elapsed hours.
