Problems in Recovery after ZSR circumcision day 7

My doctor asked me to remove the gauze after 4 days and leave the penis open to heal. For 1 day, I did it, and did all my job without any gauze. On next day, i. e. 6th, I observed some bleeding in the frenulum area(the stapler had come off during night erection or rubbing). So I reapplied the bandage and went off to work on day 6.

Today is day 7, and although there is very little bleeding, little bit of yellow pus was observed on the bandage cotton, no puss was there on the gap.. I am applying the ointment daily twice and keeping the area clean. There is no problem with the stapler, except a little gap in the frenulum side, and the common sensitivity around the ring.

My question is

1. Should I be worried about infection? My doctor is unavailable for the next 4 days. Any advice on staying away from any infection that can attack?

2. How many days will it take for this stinging feeling to subside? In my line of work, I have to do a lot of walking and I could not divert my attention from this uncomfortability.
