Puberty at 27 maybe???

Hello I Am 27 and feel like I am a late bloomer my penis has grown by a inch in the last 6 months and every month gets a little longer ...I haven’t got facial hair but it is starting to grow more aswell ...I was just wondering if this is possible to be going through puberty at the age of 27 as I had health issues aswell and my intuition is basically telling me I am but just looking for some confirmation also my voice has got deeper without me even trying to make it sound deep and I had pubic hair but it has got even more and thicker I also has some health issues around 19 20 so thought maybe I didn’t get to fully develop then and now my body has recovered my tester one has kicked in
