Circumcision bleeding after 6 days

Circumcised 6 days ago, when I take off my underwear I feel extreme pain due to the hypersensitivity but I also bleed around 4 drops of blood everytime. Should I walk around the house naked with a towel until it has healed? Blood is coming from the top of the frenulum

I stayed naked for the first week, that certainly seemed to help a lot.
