Update : 3 weeks after circumcision and frenulum removed. The swelling is still there near frenlum and beside the glans area I don't know what's the reason. The stitches are coming out. Some have been dissolved .. still a long way to go.. but I'm starting to see a discoloration of skin near frenlum area is it normal?

Sounds like nothing abnormal in what you report. Swelling is often difficult and there is no set timescale for it going. It differs from man to man.

Hey I had circumcision on the 31 of December since then the stitches on the frenulum has ripped out and now I have an open wound. Would that be able to close up on it own or would I need to get stitches again. Also will it leave a bad scar

It is probably too late to do anything about the burst stitches. The wound will heal, however, by secondary intention. That is likely to take longer. Nobody really knows what there eventual scar will be like until they have completely healed and can assess it.

Is there anything I could do to speed up the process and keep from getting an infection? I see lots of talk of sea salt and Vaseline. Does that really help?

Many people go down the line of salt baths and they can help prevent infection.
