50 Days after Circumcision

It's been 50 days since I had my circumcision. But my frenulum is still swelled and paining when touched or walking. My wound is not fully healed. Should I wait for some more time to see if it's healing? Or Is this normal. Please tell me

Do you have an open wound? Does it bleed? Or just very sensitive to the touch? Is it redder than other parts of your penis? Black/blue? Have you ever had any follow-up visits with your surgeon since you did the procedure?
