I think it has somebody to do with mastutbating because it gets a little bit you can’t really see it first but after a week you can see the difference more clearly. It doesn’t hurt but when i pee the stream is a bit different than before. I’m getting very worried because i don’t know when it’s going to stop i tried to stop mastutbating and it did help, but sometimes i just need to mastutbate. I really don’t know what to do and i don’t want to go to a doctor yet because i’m only 17 and embarrassed.

Hey, I don' think your 'problem' is due to excess masturbation, if that was the case I would seriously be in trouble. Are you in the UK? If so you could do an econsult through your GP's website. You do a consultation online and a Doctor will then contact you knowing your medical issue in advance so you would not have the embarrassment of having to explain. The Doctor may still ask to examine you but they will know all about you before you undress. Best wishes, I hope all is OK.
