ZSR Circumcision - Swelling of Watery Content

I got my circumcision 4 days back. I notice a watery content swelling around the stapler areas, that swelling has covered the staples. Is this normal ?

Swelling of varying kinds is reported by most guys. If it worries you then please see a doctor.

It seems to be Edema, is this normal and will it subside on its own? I am on my 5th day today, no other complications apart from this balloon shaped swelling around shaft which is covering staples area too.

Swelling of various kinds is normal post surgery. You are very early in your recovery. Give it time but, if it becomes too much or a worry then see a doctor. Take care.

Same here bro...I too worried abt this..I am on 3rd day..there is no change in selling... Is your swelling subside.? Today I have taken bath..also..I soaked my pennis in saline water for 5 min..

Hey Coldweather - Yes my swelling is considerably down now.. it was like a donut at Day 3 for me.. today it's 10th day for me.. My doc told it will take 2 weeks around for swelling to subside. I have taken chymoral forte medication for this as advised by doc..

This is actually called Edema which is one of the effects of circumcision surgery. Don't worry, it's fine and will be normal in upcoming days

My doctor also prescribed chymoral forte. I have been taking.. Tq for ur response bro..

Same scenario here, i am on my 7th day post op, have a large swelling around the incision towards bottom of the foreskin almost equivalent in size to my glans. My doc prescribed chymoral forte yesterday. How many days in total did it take to go on its own? do i need to be in any corective surgery?
