Circumcised penis (how to keep it healthy?)

Hi guys, I've got a few random questions to ask I hope that's okay.

Is there any particular way to take care of a circumcised penis? As in, does it need to be kept moisturised, or kept dry? Which way is preferable/best? And are there any general penile health ointments you know of that can be used to improve its overall look and feel?

I got circumcised on Friday. My doctor didn’t advise anything special. All i am doing is putting on some cream called bacitracin 4 times a day around the scar. No bandages or anything. I do have a piece of gauze in my underwear to rest the head on because it hurts when it rubs against my underwear — getting used to an exposed head. How about you?

All I do is keep it dry all the time, no ointment, no cream or bandages nothing

I actually massage coconut oil every morning to keep my glans from getting dry.

Most circumcised men do not do anything special and just let the glans be itself. Before circumcision, the glans is only wet and slimy because a lubricant is needed to stop it sticking to the foreskin.

I occasionally put a few drops of a non greasy moisturizer on the head and inner membrane after taking a shower. Let it soak in for a few minutes. This helps the head from getting as rough and chapped.
