Hello Amat,I too have tightness of my foreskin but it’s only been recently that it has happened. When I was your age I had no problem with pulling my foreskin back and always cleaning thoroughly. I think mine is related to the onset of type 2 diabetes.
My email is jca328@yahoo.com if you would like to exchange pics since it’s not allowed on this forum.
Definitely start with stretching then move on to steroid creams, your Doc' can advise what best for you. If it not to bad then this can work. I would leave Surgery as a last option but keep it in mind. If you are in pain or really worried defo' go see Doc'.
I'm 21 and I personally I tried a couple of prescribed steroid creams but they had no effect at all so I reluctantly opted for circumcision. I'm currently on day 10 post op and throughout the entire process I've barely experienced any pain whatsoever which surprised me. You do however experience a good bit of discomfort since it's not used to being exposed and I'm definitely glad I went for it. If you opt for general anesthetic you're under for about an hour- the procedure takes around 30 mins. If you opt for local, you're practically in and out. I know a circumcision sounds like a big deal and I thought that too at first but it's honestly so simple and the recovery process is hassle free (minus the annoying discomfort when first wearing underwear)
