When was you cut? Are you applying moisturisers etc especially bio oil if you are not allergic to it.

I am on just day 4 after shang ring removal. Cannot have sex for 45 more days for sure.

To me in my experience I find sex and masterbation is better bc you don’t have that extra skin moving up and down some say it gives you more pleasure with skin but it made me sore after the cut it was so much better it didn’t feel like I was fucking my own foreskin and really couldn’t feel the inside of a women really now it’s better and the tightness of the skin when I get a bonner feels more intense when I climax

It's scar tissue which tends to be hard and non-pliant. Anytime you cut the skin scar tissue forms. I had melanoma removed 2 years ago by a dermatologist on my left cheek. It left an unsightly very hard lump. I returned for injections that supposedly would soften the lump. Two years later it has reduced in size but still a hard lump.

You just had your meat cut it’s not necessary going to be nice and smooth etc your body is trying to scab it over to heal it. But I suggest to you not to worry nor panic over it just focus on keeping it clean and apply Vaseline to the penis for up to 5-6 weeks then you should be healed enough to try using bio oil or E45 or many other moisturisers. Bio oil is great especially to help smoothen out the scar and incision line. Don’t forget you may still have dried up blood which you believe to be the hard stuff. Have nice warm showers and stock up on moisturisers suited for you. Bio oil you can’t go wrong.

Vaseline will really help and stop friction but also helps in keeping the area clean especially if you are not applying fresh bandages on it. Also using Vaseline will help your glans but also reducing nasty stuff getting into your incision line.

Just make sure after day 3 you are having a good amount of showers daily to wash the penis and use a hair dryer to dry the penis. apply the Vaseline straight after the shower once you have dried your penis fully.
