Frenulum sharp pain

Hi,

I've had circumcision done 6 months ago. If I'm having keeping an erections for two or three hours by simply getting hard and not masterbating my frenulum tends to swell up and won't go away until couple of hours have passed. Also my frenulum area is sensitive at times when I touch it I feel this sharp pain at the frenulum area. Have any one of you guys had this sharp pain when touching your frenulum? Even when flaccid, at times my frenulum tends to have sharp pain when touching it with my finger.

Thank you
