Hello, I had a circumcision about 1 month and 8 days ago and I have a ball of skin or some sorts under my penis. I wanted to know if it’s normal ? I tried to use a condom the other day to have sex but it cut a little bit so I am afraid to try again tell I know it’s ok to!
