I was circumcised in June and all has healed pretty good. However, this last month I have been having problems getting and staying erect while watching porn and masturbating. When I do managed to get hard, it’s not rock hard and just can’t seem to keep my erection. Any suggestions?

Having some similar issues as well post-op. You should visit an urologist in the first place, see what he says and what he will prescribe for you. It might be a psychological problem not physical, get your confidence boost! What you can do yourself is to exercise outdoor or lift heavy, get yourself Vit D-it helps mental health as well, zinc and magn for testosterone levels. When you are alone focus on yourself, try to get an erection and stimulate yourself. Thats all i am doing and i think im having positive outcomes. Keep us updated! Cheers

Yes, I do have an appointment set up with my GP. I sure hope it’s a psychological problem. The facts that we have had to change our lives due to Covid has affected my mental health! The gyms aren’t open. Which was a place that I used to frequent often.

Thanks for your tips! I will give all the supplements a try since I have them all at home already! If this all worked doe you, I’m hoping it’ll work for me too!

If its psychological it would be harder to treat in my opinion, not all psychiatrists are good, I hope you all the best mate, dont rush it needs time
