Does my tight foreskin will loosen up itself with age ? Or sugery is the only option ? Foreskin folds will go with time ?

At age of 19 i am able to retract my foreskin manually ( i am able to do it from past 1.5 months in my life ) with very little force and slowly but after retraction it just stuck behind the glans head and folds of foreskin is there . Do i have to go for phimosis surgery or it will get easy to retract completely and completely back with age ?

Continue frequent retraction to help loosen it. Also insert two fingertips and gently pull the opening apart. Do that several times per day.
