Tight Scar line even when flacid

Hey all, I've had a circumcision surgery twice now as the first time was botched, however I've been healing for 5 weeks now after the last surgery and been using baby oil or vaseline interchangeably on the scar line, however the scar line is still very tight around the head of my penis. I can't get a full erections because when I'm getting bigger there is pressure around the scar. What can I use to help soften this scar band or even stretch it to be more comfortable.?

All surgery comes with the risk of more or less scarring. While bio oil can help to fade a scar, it does not dissolve it. Long-term stretching with steroid cream might help but best to take advice from your doctor.

What was your original reason for getting circumcised?

Always suffered with phimosis, however the situation started to affect my sex life greater now in my thirties. A lot of cuts on my foreskin after intercourse and almost always a bad tear on my frenelum. I will continue using the vaseline as this is what my doctor recommended. He did not prescribe any cream or ointment to use. Will cream help with getting a solution faster? I still have 3 stubborn stitches going into week 6 now.

You could get your doc to remove the ends if they are dissolvable.
