Difficulty with delayed ejaculation

Hi,

I struggle to orgasm/ejaculate when I have sex with someone. I am able to do it on my own when I masterbate but for some reason whenever I am with someone else regardless of gender I am unable to climax. It's frustrating because from what I have heard online it's all in my mind. What do I need to tell my mind so that I can have good sex with others? Thanks

As you can you can orgasm when alone then physiologically there is probably not much wrong.

Sex can place all sorts of pressure on you, even though you don’t know it.

Perhaps you need more of an emotional connection to make sex work for you.

Have you tried having someone else masturbate you to orgasm?

You may benefit from seeing a sex / relationship therapist. Don’t let the current situation become the norm.
