I have a concern about the sensitivity of the frenulum and how it affects sexual length. I got circumcised through the Shang-ring method for both medical and sexual reasons. On the latter, I got circumcised to reduce the sensitivity of the glans so that I last longer during sex. I, however, noticed after my circ that my frenulum is still intact, will that still make my glans as sensitive as before circ, and will still achieve my goal of lasting longer or I will have to remove the frenulum too?

Frenulum sensitivity and Premature Ejaculation
Still having the frenulum should not stop the lessening of sensitivity of the glans.
Okay, so I can still achieve my goal of longer sex with the frenulum intact?
I see of no reason why not. You have a long way to go before things will be definite. Don't forget that lasting longer is not just about the penis. The brain controls much of what goes on.
Thanks
How long ago were you circumcised?
I'm on my third week of recovery
You are still very new. It will take a bit longer to densities. Just hope you don’t loose all the sensation.
There are other methods apart from surgery to successfully treat premature ejaculation. Perhaps you should discuss all the options with a general doctor & not a surgeon. The surgeon may, just may, have one agenda.
oh, well thanks and I will put that into consideration. Perhaps you have a method you know of, or that worked for you?
There are some meds you can take (prescribed) or psychological therapy.
Oh. It's just your 3rd week post-op. You need a learning curve and time with your new tool, but hey wait at least 6-8 weeks first.
If we are no talking about one-nighter and sex with them, I think sex is normally more than just penetrative part of it. You can have a proper sex life and ejaculate on 3rd push still. You have your mouth and fingers to play with.
