Antibiotic reaction

Anyone faced reaction on their penis head after circumcision due to antibiotic reaction? I got blisters on the penis head and doc said it will get back to normal but adviced not to apply anything on that.. anyone faced this?

I’ve had thrush rash after taking antibiotics in the past but no blisters as such.

Common advice is to eat live yogurt to replace the good bacteria in your gut that gets wiped out by certain antibiotics and that might help avoid problems like this.

It has lot of white thingy all over my glans ..

So how did it look like when you had thrush rash? As of now i am not applying anything.. whenever its flacid and inside my boxers its forms the white patches with some fluids on that.. when air dry its good when not the above is the case..

Most commonly a measles-like rash all over of little red spots. I should add that it was before my circumcision.

When ‘air dry it’s good’ is possibly the key to your resolution. However I’ve now also just read that your circumcision was very recent so with this and from your latest description I’m thinking it’s just normal reaction to your glans being newly exposed. Some guys get blisters and scabs, sometimes you lose a layer of skin before it settles down. This fits with your doctors advice about recovery.

Thnx for the reply..i think i need to just sit naked most of the day..lol.. yes been to doctor which he said some erythema but it just messy to see.. hope it goes away soon.. thx again

First time hearing about blisters after a circumcision but who knows. I remember having orange and green spots on the glans. After a week or two the glans dried up and started pealing and the colored skin spots fell off.
