White area? Possible ulceration?

I recently discovered a whitish area on the shaft of my penis, but once I washed it it disappeared, it has now returned and after washing it, it seems as though my skin is thinner at that area... any idea what it might be? Also I’m still a virgin so I doubt it’s anything sexually transmitted

Hi any changes to the skin should be investigated by your doctor. is the discoloration underneath your foreskin? I'd have it checked out for peace of mind.
